Centralisation: I have carried out a centralisation project from across EMEA to UK and I do prefer to operate with all staff under the same roof. Why? Many reasons, some are not so compelling but chief among my preferences for a centralised credit department are these. (1) The immediacy of having staff close at hand to respond at once when urgent matters arise which require action now.
